The Lotus Path
Yoga Hoa Sen follows the Indian style of Tantra-Yoga symbolized by the peaceful lotus flower that rises from muddy waters to bloom in pristine beauty. Our practice helps you find clarity, peace, and radiance from within, in today's busy and hectic world.
Founded in the 2000s in Saigon, we bring together experienced teachers from Vietnam and overseas, all united in the philosophy called Neo-Humanism from philosopher PR Sarkar.

We participate is social service work through PROUT, RAWA, and other related organizations.
Fasting and Detox
We hold fasting camps and detox workshops.
Meditation
Guided mindfulness, breathwork, and mantra practices for lasting mental clarity.
Master Unit
We have a 5 hectare land for use in agriculture and neo-humanistic education
Natural Products
We sell natural and herbal products that are from Vietnam and India
